At Disney, I created magical experiences for Disneyland, Disney World, and Disney Cruise, designed to seamlessly complement and enhance the physical experiences guests enjoy through digital interactions.

• Led the initial design of Disney Genie, enabling personalized itineraries for guests

• Led the creation of digital experiences for attraction access and check-in at Disney Parks

• Co-created Disney Parks' first internal inclusive design website in partnership with designers and project managers

My team’s idea was selected for a Launchpad event—a Shark Tank-style platform for pitching unique ideas to Disney executive leadership—where we had the opportunity to present this project. It was later scoped to become part of an ongoing initiative aimed at creating personalized itineraries for guests.

One of the challenges when guests visit the park as a big group is that it is hard to communicate and compromise the plan together. It gets even harder to communicate and stay synchronized when the group separates.

Disney Squad is a real-time group planning tool that helps groups of guests with casual in-park planning and coordination and provides a shareable keepsake throughout the park experience.

Real-Time Status Update

Status Update feature allows guests to quickly share their current status. With ready-to-use messages like "On my way!", guests can send updates with a single tap, eliminating the need to switch between apps to communicate.

Instant Polling

This feature speeds up planning and ensures everyone has a voice by allowing group members to vote on their preferred plan. It helps facilitate communication and compromise, even when the group is separated.

Seamless Meet Up

Meet Up feature allows the group to easily sync up, even after separating. Guests can drop a pin to set a meetup spot or search for a specific location, making coordination simple and efficient.
